Why care about making sustainable choices?

It takes 2,700 liters of water to make one cotton t-shirt. A pair of jeans require 7,600 liters of water. 93% of brands aren’t paying their garment workers a fair wage. The fashion industry is responsible for an estimated 10% of global greenhouse gas emissions. A single polyester garment can shed millions of microplastics taking over 200 years to decompose.

By 2030, the fashion industry’s carbon footprint is said to hit 2,791 million tons and waste 148 million tons, overflowing the streets. If you wish to be part of the change towards sustainable fashion, try looking for ethical organic fabrics when you add to your wardrobe.
